If you need a different size, we offer free exchanges .
How to make an exchange?
1️⃣ Contact us
Write a message to:

In the email, please provide:

order number
-
current size
-
the size you want to exchange the product for
We will reserve the model of your choice for you (if available).
2️⃣ You will receive shipping instructions
Once availability is confirmed, we will send you instructions and a link to generate a free return label.
3️⃣ Prepare the package
The product must:
-
be unworn and unused
-
have no signs of use
-
have all the tags
-
be in the original packaging
-
have the protective film intact (if applicable)
Attach information to the package with the order number and the note "EXCHANGE".
4️⃣ Send the parcel
After sending the shipment, we wait for it to be delivered to our warehouse.
What's next?
Once we receive and verify the product, we will ship the new size to you at our expense.
What if your size is not available?
In such a situation, you can choose one of the options:
• exchange for another model (the price difference will be settled)
• leaving funds in your account to be used for future purchases
• full refund

We will reserve the selected item for you (subject to availability).
2️⃣ Receive Shipping Instructions
Once availability is confirmed, we will send you detailed instructions along with a link to generate a free return shipping label .
3️⃣ Prepare the Package
The product must:

Be unworn and unused
-
Show no signs of use
-
Have all original tags attached
-
Be in its original packaging
-
Have the protective film intact (if applicable)
Please include a note inside the package with your order number and the word “EXCHANGE”.
4️⃣ Ship the Parcel
After shipping the item, please wait for it to arrive at our warehouse for inspection.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship the new size to you at our expense .
What If the Requested Size Is Not Available?
In that case, you may choose one of the following options:
• Exchange for a different model (any price difference will be adjusted accordingly)
• Store credit for future purchases
• Full refund
