How to make an exchange?

1️⃣ Contact us

Send a message to:
sklep.iammattpalmer@gmail.com

In the email, please provide:

• your order number

• current size

• the size you wish to exchange for

We will reserve the selected model for you (if available).

2️⃣ You will receive shipping instructions

After confirming availability, we will send you instructions and a link to generate a free return label.

3️⃣ Prepare the package

The product must:

• be unworn and unused

• show no signs of use

• have all tags attached

• be in its original packaging

• have the protective film intact (if applicable)

Include a note in the package with your order number and the annotation "EXCHANGE".

4️⃣ Ship the package

After you ship the package, we will wait for it to be delivered to our warehouse.

What next?

As soon as we receive and verify the product, we will send you the new size at our expense.

What if the size is not available?

In this situation, you can choose one of the following options:

• exchange for another model (price difference will be settled)
• leave funds on your account for future purchases
• full refund
