By using this website and placing an order, you accept these Regulations.

2. Products

We sell clothing and accessories under the Matt Palmer® brand.

All product descriptions, photos, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We make every effort to present products accurately. However, colours may vary depending on the user's screen settings.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older
The data you provide is true and current
You have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the selected currency.

Where applicable, VAT is included in accordance with UK law.

For international orders (including to the EU, Poland, USA, and other countries), the customer is responsible for:

Import duties
Customs fees
Local taxes

We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs procedures.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

The risk of loss of goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the specified shipping address.

6. Right of withdrawal (UK and EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the UK or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must be:

Unused
Unwashed
In original condition
In original packaging

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic documentation.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we offer — to the extent required by law:

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, and content related to the Matt Palmer® brand are protected by intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Business interruption

Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
